As well HONOUR OUR 1812 HEROES committee will be presenting at the War of 1812 Bicentennial Symposium and will be updating everyone on the cause:

The Honour our 1812 Heroes Committee

The "old 104th" New Brunswick Regiment of Foot from the War of 1812, recreated in 1883 by the Saint John Fusiliers.
The Fusiliers are now part of the Royal New Brunswick Regiment.  They understood their military roots in 1883.
We hope the Minister of National Defence can see the obvious link as well.
